Climate Rehab is a campaign to encourage individuals and organisations to tackle climate change by becoming climate positive.

It's now widely known that deforestation and greenhouse gas emissions are increasing global temperatures, damaging eco-systems and causing extreme weather patterns and rising sea levels. A recent report in the New Scientist(1) states that only if global industrial emissions are reduced to zero by 2050 can we confidently avoid the worst affects of climate change. Scientists estimate that the maximum 'safe' limit of global greenhouse gas concentrations is approximately 450ppm(2). Current concentrations are around 459ppm(3) and rising.

Many organisations and individuals are now taking action to reduce their emissions. However, the urgency is such that even becoming carbon neutral is now insufficient. Action needs to be taken to rapidly reduce atmospheric concentrations of greenhouse gases and to undo the damage that has already been done.

Climate Rehab is calling on all organisations and individuals to help clean up the atmosphere.
